This virtual exhibition uses A-Frame, a web-based virtual reality framework, to put you in an immersive museum exhibit highlighting some of the masks from the collection. View the masks life-size or see them enlarged on a rotating display to see the minute details.

Tabletop AR Exhibit Demo

Apple includes robust Augmented Reality (AR) features into their iPhone and iPad. This link will send a file to your device that launches an AR display. Once the file is downloaded and the device camera is looking for a flat surface, view an open space and the exhibit will be projected on the device. Touch the virtual button to cycle through some of the masks. Touch the mask itself to go from a flat to stand-up views.

Apple devices can also project mask models onto your face a la Snapchat filters! Click the image below on your iPhone or iPad to download the file for this experience. Once loaded with the device camera on, point it at a face and a mask will appear! Tap the mask to cycle through a few models.
